Turn off topworks when plotting - 10/02/12 07:43 AM
Hey Guys,
Anyone know how to turn off the Topworks when plotting in legacy hidden?
They disappear in Hidden, but I get colours instead of black lines.
Any guesses?

I cannot say that I experience the same. Topworks plots no matter what visual style teh view port is set to.
Perhaps try Topworks config = 3, then in your viewport you can specify a layer override for the topworks layer to not plot ?

I have the Topworks set to its own layer. I can turn it off, freeze it, and set it to noplot. If I use Hidden it works, but I get colours instead of mono. If I use legacy hidden, it comes out in mono but with TW.
I am busy fiddling with the Visual Styles now.

Is the color assigned to the layer (or the topworks object?) TrueColor or ACI?

Here is how we make the drawings:
We xref in the models and do our drawings in PS.
Topworks is set to own layer. Layers are off, frozen, and non-plot. Topworks are off in VP, but still plot.
I can give you one file, you will have to generate a drawing on your own. Thanks for the assist.
