cadworx 2019 menu not loading

Anyone have an issue with cadworx 2019 equipment menu not loading after startup? I have to load manually.

Is this a fresh install ?

I recall vaguely there was such an issue with an initial release of 2019. Changing the dictionary file from english to english with keywords and back again would reload everything. Try installing SP3 for 2019 to see if that is still an issue.

Still an issue with SP3. All CADWorx Ribbons disappear after a while. Ive just gotten used to them being gone it happens so much.

Thanks Guys, if you type CADWORXEQUIPMENT in the command line, it loads the sidebar but not the pulldowns. Will have to make do with that.

Check to see if the location of the Equipment CUIx is in the support file search paths. If you (or a third party tool) is doing something funky with the Main/Enterprise CUIx system that might be preventing it from loading as partial. Don't forget about workspaces either - the CUIX could be loaded but the menu isn't part of the workspace, or the current workspace is in the Enterprise and therefore can't be modified,.

For what it's worth, I've always loaded it as partial to the Enterprise so it's available at startup, regardless of whether Equipment is loaded or not.
