roll over tool tips not displaying and SBOM won't drop

I may have entered (fatfingered) an incorrect command line for STRETCH or SELECT but now my roll over tool tips are not displaying and SBOM won't drop. I don't think its a system variable. Has anyone ever see this/have a suggestion?

Great idea but I have already rebooted Cadworx (no improvement)

Roll over data works in another existing project but SBOM does not.

Both roll over and SBOM works in a new drawing file so there has to be a system variable or some command to turn those back on.

Are the objects grouped by any chance ? It almost sounds like the XDATA has been removed? Can you run SCEDIT on these components ?

Nothing is grouped.
SCEDIT only works in model space not through a viewport.
Is issue may bw with the viewport not reading model space data?
Now the SBOMCUT is dropping in model space but not in PS/vport.

What happens if you create a new layout and viewport ? Does it then work?

So I think I figured it out.

I had leveraged "new viewport freeze" in LM so I could quickly create VP for each individual pipe support for detailing. Current skid has 47 pipe supports not counting main skid frame.

This process would not let me drop a BOM for components within a viewport created this way (even though a layer [or layers] were unfrozen for detailing)

Once I changed LM back to nothing frozen in "new viewport freeze" and made a new viewport, then the BOM started dropping again.
