Error message using isogen - 04/22/10 10:10 AM

I am using CadWorx Plant 2009. When I try to do isogen out I get the following error message.

Exception in C:isogenout arx command

unhandled exception C06D007F (delayload "utility.dll" Procedure not fouond at address 7C812AFBh

We have reloaded Cadworx and also autocad 2008, but the problem is still there. Any suggestions on what is going on.

Have you tried to apply the last build of CADWorx 2009 from January 14, 2009?

Does this issue occur with this build applied?

I got same problem. Updated CADWorx 2009 from July 22, 2008 to January, 2009 but still the problem persist.

Can you send the following information to cadworx@intergraph.com so that we can know your installation information?

------------

In order to provide technical support, CADWorx Support needs to know what specific version of CADWorx, AutoCAD, and Windows you are currently using. To determine this information, follow the steps below. The software version information and files listed below are required to resolve support issues.

---------- Software Version Information ----------

Step 1: For CADWorx Plant, CADWorx P&ID, or CADWorx Steel, run the command CADWORXABOUT. For CADWorx Equipment or PV Fabricator, run the command EQUIPABOUT. These commands will display a dialog with the required information.

Step 2: Click the "Close" button on this dialog to send the required information to the AutoCAD Command Line.

Step 3: Copy this information out of the AutoCAD Command Line and paste it in an email.
