What type of component is this ? The multi port valve SKEYs may allow this. It might require some customization.

For Flexhose you could do the SPIP, but it only allows 2D Polylines/splines. You might be able to work with multiple polylines to get he desired offset / output.

Look into Symbol Editor for custom SKEY.
