When I run an Iso with IGO it pulls in attached details as a block. With IGB it comes in as a xref. Is there a way to switch the IGB to come in as blocks?

Are you talking about detail sketches ? What Version of CADWorx ?

Version 2019 and yes the detail sketches you add on the isogen page to drop with the iso's.
