Spindle Direction on Primary Axis

I had an odd request from a project to show all valve handwheel orientation callouts, even those on a primary axis (even though it's visibly clear from the handwheel symbol on the iso). Is this possible?

There is a mark text box just underneath the spindle direction dropdown from the ICEDIT dialog.
