Isogen Error 13

One of our designers is getting an Personal ISOGEN Error 13 when he tries to run and isometric in CADWorx. The full message is,
Personal ISOGEN failed while runninf IDFGEN module
(Personal ISOGEN error 13)
IDFGEN failed processing the PCF

Any idea what ISOGEN error 13 is? Can seem to find it though google

13 IDFGEN failed processing the PCF. View message file for more details. One common cause is that the components in the PCF do not form a connected system
Common Causes: Check usershape SKEYs, could be asking for a flange, when threaded is needed
SKEY needs x amount of points and usershape does not have the matching number

Thanks Matt but everything is connected, seems to be a local pc issue as files run ok on other pc's. Will try and reload CADWorx on the guys pc and see if that fixes the problem.

I had this happen once and it was because the border I was using for isogen was saved as 2018 dwg instead of a 2007 dwg (which is required for isogen)

It may be connected in the model, but if you're using custom SKEYS, and/or Usershapes, make sure you have the correct amount of connection points. For example, if you build a custom usershape and assign the CAP skey, the usershape is required to have two connection points.

If there are not usershapes in the line, I'm not sure of what else could be the cause of Error 13, but I would be interested in hearing if you find a fix.

Hello CadWorx. I just got this error today. I've used ISOGEN multiple times previous, but for some reason it is failing today. Like jd mentioned above - it seems to be isolated to 1 computer because it extracts an ISO on another computer. Using customized Spec for HDPE pipe SDR9 that we built.
I'm not the best at ISOGEN, but if this helps clue anyone into what to look for on this computer, I'm not scared to dig around and try to solve problems.

What does the PCF content look like, especially line 11?
