I would like to know which civil structure program files can be opened in CAESAR II structure (i have a complex model from civil and it will be a time consuming to build it from scratch)

The quick answer is "none", but which Civil/Structure program are you talking about?

Our Civil department works with "SAP 2000" or "STRAP", but they can also create SDNF files or STAAD files. Is one of them compatible with CAESAR II structure ?

As I indicated above, their is no facility to import structural files from other software into c2.
