Anchor Block / Thrust Blocks for underground GRP piping

I am doing stress analysis of undergroung GRP lines. Can anyone put some light on guidelines for deciding anchor block location? Also If there is no stress failure whether still it is necessary to provide anchor blocks on every change of direction / or at very elbow or branch connection?
