Caesar 5.1 file to Neutral File

Hi All,
I was trying to convert my test.C2 file to neutral file (test.Cii)by using
Tools--> external interface--> Convert to neutral File,
but Caesar II ver 5.10 crashes and give some error.

and reverse is also giving same error.

Please help me out.

What exact build are you running?

I am using CAESAR II 5.10 version 5.10.02 (Build 080512)

I have upgraded the build to CAESAR II 5.10 version 5.10.03 (Build 090206)
but that conversion still not working.

Send the file you're working with in to Techsupport so we can look at it. This really shouldn't be happening.
