can we have a cost database linked with MTO in Caesar-II ? - 09/21/05 03:00 AM

In the present trend of spiralling fuel price, climate change, frequent storms, new regulations and globalization, the life cycle cost of any alternative seems to be more important than its' pure detached technical soundness. If Caesar-II can attach some modifiable capital & operating cost data with each piping elements modelled like AFT-Mercury software , it will be possible to compare the cost competitiveness of the various options within Caesar-II?

Hmmmm - never thought about that...

I don't know, we'll have to ponder this.

Thanks; we wish our most popular software to evolve with times upwards in the value chain.

Now, we face clients who are not getting satisfied with what feels good, but they expect us to deliver to them what is right in their business, even with a bit more cost, if necessary.

Why, collaborate with some good estimating software & give them the due credit - both will benefit.

In India, a famous MNC tea brand was facing cmpetition from herbal tea makers - now, they are marketing herbal tea under their own brand.

A focussed Caesar-II will be richer by collaboration,if needed.
