Load Case for YSPR

Dear All :
Please explain a thing to me :

I have placed a pre-defined spring can support "YSPR" in my CAESAR II model.

Should I have to include hanger 'H' in load cases??

Am asking this because when am using load case W+P1 ; the code compliance is 120 %.

but when am using load case W+P1+H ; the code compliance is 84%.

Please help in this regard.
