Corrupted file

Hi,

I have completed my stress analysis 3 months back.

Now I am not able to open the same files.

My Lead told that the files are got corrupted.

Now how to overcome this problem.

Is there any option to get back to orginal one other than re-doing the work.

What happened to the files? Just sitting there on the machine will not affect anything.
