Nominal diameter - 03/15/11 10:08 AM
Hi all
which diameter of the pipe should I enter In CAESAR II 5.20: the nominal size or the outside diameter? Cause I'm working with ANSI SPEC but I'm using millimeters in my input.

Check "Nominals" in the "units files". If the flag is "ON" then you can enter nominal size. It will be converted into outside diameter

Go to "Main menu" then "Tools" then "make units file" then "Review existing units files" and choose your units file.

Thank you Mr Dan
I was editing an existing unit file that's why I got a different table but when I chose 'create a new file' then 'Edit' I got the same table that you post.
