Bend Angle & node number issue - 03/11/11 12:25 AM

Hii,

I am using Caesar-II 5.3 version.... During isometric drawing generation of a model i m getting some problem...

Example:- Node:- 10-20.DX:-1000mm

then bend option given at node 20.

Angle1:- M Node1:- 19
Angle2:-0.00 Node2:- 18

Node:- 20-30. DY:-1000mm

After this Put anchors on Node 10 & Node 30.

Creating Isometric drawing, with editing sterss annotations, having features of Input for NODE NUMBERS & BEND DATA.
In Isometric drawing, is there any default settings to remove the mid point node numbers as well as the bend angle.?? i.e. Is there any option to not have the mid point and mid bend angle in isometric drawing??

Plz provide me the solution for the above issue.

regards,
Ashutosh

We will add an options in C2isogen to ignore the mid node for pcf processing, these may include any nodes on the curve of the bend with angle. Because those nodes will force isogen dlls to break the regular bend in order to draw them with coordinates.

I have also faced the same problem while generating iso for a network in 5.30 Ver., then i decided to remove the particular node number from edit isometric (bend angle node number eg.: 19) and generated iso. After that it was correct without mid point break at bend element. But Bend angle i removed manually from the dwg file.

Currently, there is no option to automatically exclude intermediate bend nodes from the Isogen plot with node numbers. As Shawn says above, that capability is on our To Do list.
