ESL Red Key Problem.

Hi,

We are having problems with Caesar II 5.20 Red Key. I have attached the red key to a server 2003 computer and have installed HASP License Manager. Also completed all the steps given at TroubleShooting for a Network Red Key.

I am having the following Error when I run the Caesar II 5.20 on any clients.

FATAL ERROR #6031
HASP HL Error 31: The requested feature is no longer available.

Please I need help as soos as possible.

Check "Admin Control Center" and verify the firmware version of the key. If firmware version is 2.16, you need to apply the firmware update. Make sure you follow the instructions, do not update the red Network ESL on the ESL server!

If that isn't the problem, e-mail Tech Support.

The firmware version is 3.25,

I think I have to email tech support.

Any ideas?
