I-Configure Question

I-Configure Question - 02/14/11 09:05 AM

Is i-configure part of CAESAR II Installation ??????
I can't open it due to error 429 (probably bad installation by our IT department). The IT say it is not part of the installation of CAESAR II and it is not their problem.
Who is right????

Yes I-Configure is installed as part of c2. Try running the "netuserc2.bat" file found in the c2 Program Directory.

Some third party dependencies, such as dll or ocx, are not available on that machine. Please download and install full version of I-Configure.

Download that sssplt30.ocx(it is free software) file and paste it in to windows--system32 and then run the netusrec2.bat which will found in prog. directory.
