wind load case - 02/03/11 08:55 PM

Hello guys, I'm a new caesar user and I cant figure out if is it correct to build a load case L3 = +win (occ) directly? if yes or no, please explain why is that so.

Ive read a certain procedure that wind(occ) can be obtained by creating algebraic combination load case.

Please help me on this matter. Thank you.
