Graphical Flange Input Utility

Dear Sirs, is there a procedure to input custom flanges into Caesar? - I have started to utilise the graphic flange placement utility in Caesar instead of inserting rigid members and would like to input data for local South African Flanges.

Secondly, is there any disadvantage I should be aware of when using this utility?
