Regarding API 610 Allowables

The Pumps vendor allows loads up to 3 times the API, but the API modol in CAESAR II can be up to 2 times the API allowables.
How can i overide this other than doing manual comparison?

I'm familiar with F1, this was not my question.
I would like to know weather i can change the alloables multiplier to 3 ?
