Error while defining nozzle in CAESAR II

Error while defining nozzle is CAESAR II can any one reply me with your solution... why its showing up?

Check the "Configuration" (the Graphics Settings) and see if changing the Video Driver to "Windows Basic" resolves this. If not, send the model in to Tech Support so we can look at it.
