isogen also does not work with spaces in the file name, or dashes I believe. It also has issues with large files, inclement weather, and lunar cycles.

Is there any plans for Intergraph to write their own isogen? Or improve upon the support in the current version?

There is file name processing in c2, if you have something as "xyz.abc", because ".a" is input file extension name, so this string will not be processed properly as you may think. I have seen many users type dot, space, dash, etc., they are all working fine. There may be some restrictions, such as length, on file name as posed by Personal Isogen DLLs, which I am not very clear and certainly needs to be careful with.

xyz.abc stated above is generic example. Its not ".a" input file extension name creating problem.

Have checked for iso_test,iso-test,iso test, iso.test file name and found when dot is used iso is not generating. For detail please refer the attachment.
