Cu-Ni flange leakage

Has anyone done a cu-ni flange leakage calc using CII? I am using hubs wtih 90-10 cu-ni material and my force are below 2000N and moments below 5000N @ 14", 6.5mm wall thickness.
I can't seem to get it to pass. Are there any other alternative methods or suggestions?

2000 N Force and 5000Nm bending moment gives you a 4.4bar equivalent pressure for s 14" flange.

Try the Caesar module for flanges (ASME VIII div.1, app.2)
