FLANGE Peq method check, including Spectrum Earthquake Loads

I need to verify Flanges for leakage using the Peq Method.

For the Total Loads, I should also include the Dynamic Loads from the spectrum earthquake analysis.

How could the Peq method be done into Ceasar, inluding the 'shock' dynamic contribuition to the static forces?
