ISOGEN ISOMETRIC

Users, Are you experiencing the problem of not working ISOGEN ISOMETRIC after latest patch Build 100715?
It is not working in my machine.

We know this problem and are trying to fix it. What you can do now is to re-install the CAESAR version 5.20 and don’t copy “C2isogen.exe”, “Stressisoproject.dll” and “Pipinginput.dll” when upgrading to latest build.

I have followed your advise but it is not working and giving Microsoft error.

The build 20100715 only works with new isogen version 6.30, you can download the following file, unzip it and extract all the files to CAESAR II installation folder. This will fix your problem.

I'm having problems installing the latest build. After downloading the file, I'll double click to start the install and nothing will happen. No dialog boxes, warnings, little "hourglasses", etc. will appear.

Any idea what's going on?

The latest c2 build is a "self-extracting" ZIP archive. When you double-click it, a window should open up allowing you to specify where the files should be extracted to. If this doesn't happen I suspect the download is corrupt, all you can do is download the file again.

I installed this version of isogen, but now I-configure seems to be broken.

When I start I-configure, I get the following message:

Error in I-configure form load (prepare project manager)
Error creating project manager
Error looking up version of sysconfig
Version of sysconfig does not match projectmanager
Sysconfig major.minor = 3.1
Projectmanager major.minor = 3.3
Terminating application

Then I get the main screen of I-configure and when I want to connect to a configuration, I get about the same error, but here I also get a runtime error numer: -2147199359 (80045681)

You can find the "SysConfig.mdb" file in following folder,

C:\Program Files\Common Files\Alias\Data

This is a standard mdb file which you can open in MS-Access, I-Configure will read this file when it starts, and compared this ProjectManager.dll version with the one registered. Open it in Access, change the "Version" table to 3.3, that will fix the first error message.

I am not sure about the second runtime error, this may be due to failure to initialize the "projectmanager.dll". It may be fixed automatically after you fix the first one.
