Isogen isometrics

Isogen isometrics - 08/09/10 12:45 PM

CII 5.20 Build 100122

Isogen is converting 90 degree elbows and bends to a pair of 45 degree elbows. Using the same input file, 5.10 represents these elbows correctly and .PCF files appear to be the same.

I much prefer 5.20 as it has the functionality to manipulate the drawing split.

Any suggestions?

Thanks.

The issue is not "correct" or "incorrect". If you want the ability to display/plot node numbers on the bends, there has to be a node point there where ISOGEN can draw the node. So in 5.20 the bends were split to create this node location.

Is there a way for Isogen to show the 90 degree the way it used to be (without splitting into 2 45deg? The graphics looks a bit akward to my boss and my colleague too. Even the the 45deg is split into 2-22.5deg.

Hi Rich! By the way I am using Caesar II 2013 R1 version 6.1.
Thank you!

Uncheck the mid-side node point (that's why Isogen is breaking the bends).
