inuts required for Nuclear

I am very new to Nuclear Field,and i want to know about the seismic Analysis ,but intially i want to know about the client inputs that are given to us for doing seismic analysis.

I have couple general comments and I hope that they are not taken offensive:
- Before doing any calculations on nuclear field check, which software packages are accepted by customer/owner/regulator
- Every professional engineer has to follow code of conduct. One item is that the engineer must judge if he is sufficiently qualified to do the requested task.
