HOW DOES THAT CAESAR WILL TAKE CARE DIFFERENCES IN X,Y,Z ORIENTATION BETWEEN CAESAR AND API 610?
IN API 610 Z AXIS IS VERTICAL, BUT IN OUR ANALYSIS Y AXIS WAS VERTICAL?
HOW CAN CAESAR CONVERTS AXES? OR CAN WE CHANGE?
CAN YOU EXPLAIN PLEASE?

When you're in the API-610 module, and you use the [Get Loads from Output] button, c2 takes care of transforming the loads from the static output (in the analysis coordinate system) into the API-610 coordinate system. You shouldn't have to do anything manually.

The "65DN" situation is an issue, API-610 doesn't list that diameter, therefore there are no "Code Limits" available. My first reaction to this would be to lie and use "50DN". The limits are lower, but if you meet them you should be ok. Obviously this is something that will have to be verified and "ok'd" by the owner and inspector.

but my pump vendor has given pump allowables, my loads and moments are within the limits of vendor values, but as per api 610 those are not within the limits?
what can i do?
why the pump vendor values and api 610 values are differ?

If you are ok to the vendor's allowables, why did you check to API ?

Just accept the vendor's limits. Job done.

Are you sure the pump is an API-610 pump?

In any case, the numbers that the vendor shows on his drawings are what he proposes. It is up to you to work with your rotating equipment engineer to decide if the numbers are acceptable.

first ensure your pump is API pump or not.otherwise go with vendor allowables.suppose your pump is API pump may be vendor given forces and moments are two times API.thats why Caesar API 610 values and vendor values have difference.

Think about it:

In a "Y" up system (right hand rule), the Z axis points downward and to the left.

Rotate this system such that "Z" is now up. In this system, the Y axis points upward to the right, the opposite of where "Z" pointed in the Y up system.

So coordinates along this axis need a change in sign.
