Dear all,
i am new for jacketed piping analysis, give me the inportant governing things.
And how to draw the bend area, if any minmum size vareience is there, for inner pipe and outer pipe. Tell me the good comment.

Important governing things ..... access to someone in your organisation who can train you properly. You don't learn how to deal with complex issues like jacketed pipe from any forum.

Saravanan,

As per MoverZ, u shoud contact ur senior who know jacketed piping. There r many important things tobe considered in such piping as per ur project basis. For ur bend u can take the core pipe bend radius 1.5 times as jackted pipe radius will be 1 times of dia.

Surely the critical issue in design and analysis of jacket pipe is the interaction of jacket and core pipes. If not properly engineered there is a real risk of collapse, tearing or buckling of one or both. Given the nature of product commonly in jacketed pipe, that could spell an industrial disaster.

To expect to get useful guidance in such engineering from this or any other forum is infantile. You need formal education and professional training.
