As in caesar II 5.1 we have to give the path in TOOl>cofriguration setup >database de4fination & ceasar creates the Database File at that path

Now we Have CaesarII 5.2
i have made all settings in TOOl>cofriguration setup. database but not able to locate the database where it is created by caesar 5.2.
plaese help me

This is a bug - it doesn't create the database at all. We'll have this fixed in the next "build".

In the meantime, you can use "Tools\External Interfaces\Data Export Wizard" to do the same thing. Personally I prefer this alternative because you only send data to the database when you physically request it. If you use the other option (Configuration\database definition), then every run sends the data from every load case to the database. Typicallly this is more than you want and it does slow down the analysis.

Thanku so much its working for sending the input data & hanger data only but i need to send the all load case displacement,forces etc.

Hi Richard,

now everything is fine but now i want to reduce the precision of value upto two digit.how can i do this

You can't change the precision of the values in the database - the numbers are the numbers.

What you can do is create your own "custom reports", in MS Access, and adjust the precision there.

Actually while expoerting the dat to the DB i want to change the precesion upto two digits (eg: 78.55 mm)
