In CEASAR II V4.5 default compass orientaion in isometric view is southeast, how to change it to northwest

Richard- Is there a way to set the default PLAN view (Y) to "default' to a particilar orientation, e.g., X pointing down rather than left as the default? I thought that this was mentioned somewhere but I may be wrong.
