selection of critical line for stress analysis

Dears,
We are using ASME B31.1. In Para 119.7, the following acondition DY/(L-U)^2 <= 208.3 & other conditions given for going stresss analysis.
Is there any other condition like Pipe size, pressure & temperature above which only stress analysis to be carried out is given in code or anybody Knows Plz tell.

Thats hardly adequate you should analyze on the basis of Equipment as well as structural loads and the contract usually dictates whats needed
