Large horizontal displacement on spring

Hi all

Let's consider the case that we have to use spring support because of well head vertical movement,

We also have about 50mm horizontal movement in the spring location at the other load cases.

Is it possible to consider such movements on the spring support?

What is your idea!

I think horizontal movement should not be a problem if spring is of can type & pipe have proper guide.
If spring is hanger type proper attachment at pipe to be made so that pipe can slip of that attachment.
