Please suggest me how can we change default font and font size(Arial&10) in the MS Word file prior generate?

This seem similar to problem I encounter..
Even if I change to default report font in Option->>>View report tabs,
the output report in input listing is not updating..

Is there any settings that I need to set rather than what I did?
