WRC 297 Caesar Graphics - 06/14/04 04:10 PM

Does anyone know when Caesar displays a WRC297 nozzle in the 3D graphics mode if the nozzle flange is supposed to represent a flange or the shell of the vessel? i.e. should the larger diameter part of the nozzle be facing the vessel or the piping? I want to confirm that I have correctly coded my WRC nozzle.

Thanks confused

The larger diameter is supposed to be the nozzle flange.

The "old standard" graphics did not differentiate between "from" or "to" nozzle symbols (it drew them with the same orientation, as the "to" nozzle); the 3D graphics now checks which end it is and "rotates" the nozzle symbol correspondingly.
