PDMS translation to Caesar II

Hi !
We are attempting to translate a piping PDMS (v 11.5) model to Caesar II (v 4.30_010223) by means a third program, Stress-C v 2.4.1
We have obtained the neutral file ( .cii ) but our problem in this moment is to open Caesar II neutral file into Tools>Externals interfaces.
We have selecting Tools>Externals interfaces>Caesar II neutral file, but there isn´t any response:any dialogue box appears in the screen.
My computer is new and Caesar II v 4.30 has been re-installed recently.Could be neccessary to add some extra files to complete the installation? Where could I find it?

The problem is that the first edition of Version 4.30 linked this particular module incorrectly, in "debug mode". The "debug DLLs" are not distributed, therefore this module won't start.

Hopefully someone there downloaded the revisions to Version 4.30. Apply/Install any of these revisions and this problem will be solved.
