XML Parser error in Caesar II 5.0

In Caesar II 5.0, the error is "XML Parser is unavailable. Using default settings (80040111)". Please any one can give the solution.

Download msxml3.msi from the following link and run it in your pc, problem will be resolved.

Make sure you grab the correct XML Parser for your particular Operating System. Also note that c2 uses XML 3, so installing xml 4 or xml 6 won't help the problem.
