About HL Key problems

GosNipi "Gipromorneftgaz". We have a key for CAESARII but it doesn't work properly. So It seem as CADWorx HL Keys. But we have CADWorx Lisence Key other one. What we should do. Could you help us. I can send you key information. But to which mail can I send this information? Who is contact personal?
