Lineweight and Color - 02/28/08 12:07 PM
I am generating stress isometrics and when I print that drawing the output is not that good-in AutoCAD.
My question is, is there a way where I can change the lineweight and color of pipe? So, If I will going to convert and print it again it will have a good quality as before.

You need to generate the isometric drawings using your own style. You can modify the style using I-Configure, which is available from CAESAR main menu Tools->I-Configure. I am not sure you can change the "lineweight" or "color" of the pipe, you can try to find it there.

Settings are in I config. There are 2 tabs. Use the more detailed one. Basically normal AutoCAD layer control.

by the way, I want to edit the default that Caesar II uses for generating this isometrics.
Whenever I open this I-configure thing, It is always blank. And there's no such folder that I can edit except I will create a new folder and a new style for that.
Do you know where it's located?

I don't use the default style. I have created "CAESAR_Isogen" directory under which I have couple either job or general purpose directories. Under those I have several styles. I normally start by copying the best suited style from the library that comes with CAESAR II. I modify the copied style as required. All these directories are on my back up path and I make sure I include the style with the job I remove to final back ups when job is moved out of the computer.
I have so many styles that at the end I had to start making TXT file with the job files where I have a note which style etc are used.
