Plate type heat exchangers- Nozzle allowable loads

What is the API standard for plate type heat exchanger design ? Does this standard list allowable load values for exchanger nozzles ? If not, is there any other vendor catalogue or vendor proprietory standard for the same ?

Normally for Plate Heat exchangers we specify the allowable nozzle loads and vendor will be requested to confirm to the specified loads. We specify 70% of allowable loads of static pressure vessels, but we have seen vendors have no problem in meeting even 100% of the loads specified for static pressure vessels like drums, exchangers.
