Hi,Some body please tell me , How can I off the Automatic insert node number for pipe bend. When we use "bend" for elbow CAESAR will insert node number name "m" and number before and after( below bend type). I need to off this option becase sometime it duplicate with others node number.(I always delete its manualy),Is there any option can set in configuration or not?

Thanks you,

Seng:

Actually, you can't turn off this option. CAESAR II automatically adds two nodes at the bend (one at the near weld point and one at the bend mid point) to balance the location of the as-modeled node number (at the far weld point). CAESAR II usually picks the next two lowest numbers, but ALWAYS uses a number that is not used anywhere else (so it should not be making duplicates).

If you use the CAESAR II default node increment of 10, you should also successfully avoid inadvertently duplicating one of these bend nodes yourself (i.e., your entered node numbers will all end in 0, and the CAESAR II generated bend nodes will all end in 8 and 9). So you shouldn't have any reason to delete these automatically generated nodes.

You can enter the node numbers for the From and To node, but leave the DX, DY, DZ fields blank.
Select bend. It works for me, hopefully, it will work for you.

Forgot to add. Enter your DX, DY, DZ after you select Bend.

Thanks.
