S.I.F and Tees Type 7 to Type 17

Good Day!!!
I have a question regarding Intersection Types in page 10 of Quick Refference Guide. There are 17 Types in the drop down menu in SIF&Tee's and the first 6 is explained in there. I was wondering about when to use the option 7 to 17 and why is it omited?, Do you have notes just like page 10 for option 7 to 17?

Types 7 through 13 are two-way connections, not tees. I think they are self-explanatory, no? Types 14-16 are Bonney Forge Tees and as such have SIFs determined by Bonney Forge, not any particular code. Type 17 is only used with the IGE/TD-12 piping code.

In the 7-13 types of connections does it also apply in non parallel lines? if not can you give an advice rather than using the FEA?

Dear Loren,
Could i use 17 to a split tee connection ?
Because spli tee that usualy i found is a Full encirclement Sleeve (with longitudinal weld & Circumferential weld) and also a Full Encirclement Saddle.
If i can't use SIF & Tee Type 17, what would be a conservative way to describe split tee in CAESAR II?

I found it that using Tee Type 17 will be conservative to describe a SPLIT TEE (Hot Tapping Fitting) connection.
and to check the local stress we can use FE software such as FE/Pipe by Paulin Research Group.
