Stress Analysis Enquiry

Dear All,
I am Engineer,I try to open C2,but the display show like following instractions, I removed C2 and Installed C2 again,but problem continue still.....
What I have to do further? to make my pc in C2 working condition.

Please tell Microsoft about this Problem.

Infact this is technical problem of C2 so I expect the answer from C2 executive.

I presume this is happening when you attempt to get into the Piping Input Module? Try these options and see if they help:

1) Right-click on your Windows Desktop and select Properties->Settings->Advanced->Troubleshoot and turn the Hardware Acceleration to NONE and apply this new setting.

2) Within c2. Select Tools->Configure/Setup->3D Viewer Settings and change the Video Driver to Windows Basic Video and then Exit w/Save.
