Hasp dongle

How to determine the unique key for each of the dongle since all the Coaded dongles in our company are using the same number.

Use the option to "Show ESL Data". Each report will include the unique serial number of the ESL.

However, I was install network version in my computer and I get this information while I click on the "Show ESL Data".

Is there something wrong with our installation?

No, this is a problem with the "info display routine". What "build" are you running?

I just updated the patches and now we are using Build 070122. How can I solve the problem with the "info display routine"?

You can't. This is a bug. You'll have to wait for the next build or Version 5.10.

So is there any way that I can get the unique key? I have to retrieve the key because we are going to list down the unique key for each dongle into our anual maintenace fees quotation because our management wish to know the license that hold in each dongle. Please help.

The ESL Serial Number shown above is unique for each ESL. If, using Windows Explorer, you navigate to \caesar\assidrv, you'll find and EXE there named PULSE. Double click this and select the option to "Show the ESL Data".

You should have started another thread for this question. c2 can not interface directly with Catia. However, if Catia can generate a PCF file, c2 can read that in and give you your model geometry.
