flexibility in jacketed systems

I am working on a sulphur jacketed piping system which crosses have been used instead of elbows, I want to ask if anybody has any suggestion about how can we provide flexibilty in such systems ( temp. are about 270 c)

SIFs in September, flexibility in January. Slow progress or system failure.

See other post about crosses. Design them out and use elbows and Ts.
