How cuold I estimate a turbine nozzle displacement?

Your best bet here is to contact the turbine vendor, and discuss the situation with them.

Good Luck. With the rare exception of the monster power plant steam turbine, I've never seen nozzle movements provided by a vendor for the typical steam turbine used to drive a process pump.
Best bet is to look at the outline drawing and try to do a visual estimate of the anchor point. The support will probably be such that the fixed point will be along the shaft near the coupling end. From here, I usually consider expansion along the shaft at an average of the inlet and outlet temperature (modeled as a rigid element). I then model rigid elements down from the rigid elements along the shaft and then over to the face of the nozzle. I model these rigids at the temperature of the nozzle of interest.
If anyone's got a better way, I'm all ears.
