.pcf to isometric

.pcf to isometric - 01/31/23 08:32 AM

is it possibile for caesar to extract an isometric drawing starting from .pcf file instead of using the classic isometric extraction module?

when you create an isomwetric, in the option windows, you can see a list of the .pfc of actual drawing.

maybe... is it possible to "replace" those pcf with others (having same file name) and print them? it's a trick but... do you think it can work?

Caesar pcf are generated every time when you access stress iso.
The only possible way is to go to the piping pcf, copy and then past over the Caesar generated pcf.
Give a try.

i tried to copy and paste a pcf file from another source (autodesk plant 3D).

it doesn't work: trying to create the iso you obtain a error message "Check Box Control for anotation Grid not found"

I am not very sure. maybe is a pcf error. I found another post that mention the same problem, that time for a pcf directly generated by Caesar. But there is no answer.

Maybe another pcf would work fine.
