CAESAR II is Version 13.00.00.0890, Build 220811

This is the first time a new release is available and no info about this is posted. Is like a secret or so.
Therefore no one is talking about this version. At least not here.

Hexagon hosted a webinar on the new release of c2 (Version 13) on September 27th. The announcements were on LinkedIn and email to those who have signed up to receive emails. You are correct, an announcement should have been posted here also.
