Load case editor not showing

Hi Richard or anyone who had the same issue and could fix it.

For some reason my Load case editor suddenly fails to show up. The icon is there but I'm unable to get the window open.
What is the cause of this issue and how to solve it?

Recently few months ago after fresh instal of CAESAR I had the similar issue. It helped sometimes to bring up to fore the process in "Windows Task Manager", the process was visible there. We did upgrade to the latest version and Service Pack of CAESAR and ISL licensing client and graphic card driver and improve the time response of the net connection. After few weeks of trying the issue cease to exist. Sorry, but I am not sure, what helped or what was the reason.

Here are two items to check:

1) As noted above, see if the Load Case Editor is running minimized. You can check this in Task Manager. This can be an issue if you minimize the window and then shut down Windows, or you have the window on a 2nd monitor and then disconnect.

2) Verify you have the latest .Net prerequisite/library installed.

If the problem persists, please open a Support Request on Smart Support.

Try clicking "Layout"----> "Reset to Default Layout"
